This is not a restaurant but a seafood market...It literally comes right off the dock into the market. What a selection!!! Their motto is "If it Swims, We've Got it!" One guy came in and asked for some "Live Shrimp", the dock hand's reply was "Well sir, this shrimp is so fresh, that if you gave them CPR they probably would come back alive...." Billy's will ship overnight any of their catch direct to your door. Highly recommended!

Located in the City's Bluff Arts District. This small quaint restaurant - overlooking the Tennessee River - serves up some of the most authentic Italian/Sicilian food to be found anywhere. Portions are very large and prices are extremely reasonable in the $10-$15 entree range. On the weekends try to make it a late lunch or an early dinner, if you don't, you will be waiting an hour or so to sit down and the wonderful smells will drive you crazy.
